Action Research is a methodology for practitioners to participate in knowledge creation, theory generation, and to test assumptions. It is a systematic study of teaching practices centered on observation and discovery, and supports creative and conscious teaching.

This seminar brings together teaching artist scholars to learn how observation and reflection-in-action strengthen anti-biased teaching; learn the principles and theories of Action Research; and plan, implement, and present a study based on individual interests.
