co•LAB with Alejandro Perez + friends
the training ground sf invites you to experience a two-day co•LAB dance intensive led by Alejandro Perez, joined by Gretchen Ackerman and a special guest artist.
Known for his grounded, groove-infused style, Alejandro guides dancers to connect deeply with their bodies, emphasizing breath and musicality. Through a blend of improvisation, contemporary technique, and soulful exploration, you’ll uncover new textures and rhythms in your movement.
