Dancers’ Group promotes performances in our monthly print publication In Dance, in our online Community Calendar, and emailed to over 1,600 members the week of the event.

By offering a discount to your performance, Dancers’ Group can provide additional email promotion to our members. Submit your discount here.

*NOTE* Do not submit workshops or classes here. If your workshop/class is free or discounted for Dancers’ Group members, submit those details here.

*Photo Image Submission is required.

No images with any overlaid text or watermark.
Incomplete submissions or submissions without images will NOT be approved.
When submitting images, please also include ALT text and an image description.

Are you submitting a performance that takes place more than once? Learn how

  1. Add the first date/time
  3. In Event Series, select “Once”
  4. Add the next performance date/time
  5. Select ‘ADD MORE EVENTS’ and repeat as needed

If your performance is happening in December 2020 or later, email 1-2 additional high-resolution images for consideration with the following specifications to

  1. JPEG files only (no TIFFs or PDFs)
  2. 300dpi or higher
  3. File size: at least 2 MB
  4. CMYK color mode

No photos with any overlaid text or watermark.
Please include a photographer credit with your images.
