Dancehall is a culture born in the streets of Jamaica encompassing music, dance, language, fashion, and food. The dances generally reflect what is happening in the streets and are an artist’s description of what is currently affecting people’s lives.

In this workshop you will: Train foundational steps (whining, jiggles, twerks, body mechanics, footwork), learn steps created by Aimee’s favorite dancehall dancers, work on strength/flexibility, learn a fabulous routine.
