The natural elements – Tree, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water – will be the guiding themes of this workshop.
With movement and sound, we will expand our practices into ritual performance that bridge ancient wisdom into daily life.
We will integrate elemental wisdom with spheres of relationship— personal, social, environmental, historical, and ancestral.
