Ilan Lev Method West – Open House

Donation-basedAll are invited to the Ilan Lev Method Open House on Sun, March 15! The Ilan Lev Method is a bodywork modality that uses practitioner-guided movement and energy shifts to create new physical pathways and heal old traumas in the body. You can focus on a particular ailment or simply rest and revitalize your body. ILM is practiced in Israel, Europe, South America, and New York and is now expanding to the Bay Area. More on ILM here. During your time, a practitioner will offer a “quickie” – a 25 min taste of ILM’s explosion of movement, life force energy, and joy. Email [email protected] for info.
