Movement Ritual & Dance Explorations: Creative Renewal for the Winter

In this end-of-year workshop, we shift with the changing rhythms of the body. Through Movement Ritual and Dance Explorations, a somatic practice devised by Anna Halprin, we release what no longer serves us and reconnect to the deep wisdom of the body.
Joy Cosculluela, was associate teacher and dancer with Anna Halprin and The Sea Ranch Collective and has worked as guest teacher at SF State, University of Washington, Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants, Nature Talks, and Body-Mind Centering Association.
