This workshop is open to anyone who is inspired by nature’s creative force as a potent metaphor for aliveness and change.
Participants open their senses, activate creative expression, and honor their unique stories of transformation.
With nature as guide, we initiate the beginning stages with small movements and gradually open up to more expansive stages.
