Relationship and Movement
This somatic movement group therapy aims to identify the psychological implications of relationship patterns and improve one’s relationships with self and others through a movement study called Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis.
The facilitator incorporated movement analysis, mirroring movement, and relational dance to promote reparative experience from relational trauma. Participants explore the interconnectedness between interpersonal relationship patterns and Contact Improvisation practice.
