Family Dance classes strengthen connection, trust, engagement, and empathy between family members as they dance and create together. In this fun, interactive workshop, participants will discover how attachment and play theories interact with neurological patterning and learn to facilitate meaningful, relationship-based dance activities for children and their caregivers.
Special bonus: Participants will be able to watch a livestreamed Family Dance class taught by Luna faculty before the workshop, 10-10:50am, to see ideas from the workshop in action!
