Writing for Scenario with Sara Shelton Mann
A dance and writing class with Sara Shelton Mann.
Writing for the love of it – a journal, a view, a sideways walking, portals and frames, a quadrant as a mountain climb. Exploring writing and perception as dancers, we venture into the cave of dreaming out into opens fields. We then launch our minds in the sky.
Process
Warm up the body – Chi Cultivation, scramble technique for the day.
