Dancers Choice Award
For 12 years, the annual Dancers Choice Award has been selected from community submissions. In 2020 Dancers' Group received over 260 nominations that spoke to the abundance of creative wisdom in the region. Nominations were for individuals and organizations working in the Bay Area Dance community that impact dance– behind the scenes, in the classroom or on the stage. And all of those too! The 2020 Dancers Choice Award goes to Ballet Folklórico Netzahualcoyotl for their inspirational performances and spirited teaching that engage a wide range of audiences and students.
