soloist in spotlightThe Rotunda Dance Series presents Garrett + Moulton Productions in a special preview performance of excerpts of The Luminous Edge, a new dance theater work exploring moments of grace and transcendence, which will premiere at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts September 18-21, 2014. The Luminous Edge examines pivotal moments in life when darkness turns to light and luminous sparks ignite renewal and rejuvenation. Unfolding as a journey through shadow and light, the work celebrates the cycle of life with its full spectrum of emotions and experiences.

Performers include Bay Area favorites Vivian Aragon, Carolina Czechowska, Dudley Flores, Michael Galloway, Tegan Schwab and Nol Simonse. The performance will also feature singer Karen Clark, performing select songs from the full length work.
