Join Lydia on Monday nights for a release-based contemporary class.
In this open-level class geared towards the intermediate/advanced dancer, we’ll start with improvisation and floor work, then progress to standing exercises and phrase work.

First-time attendees are welcome to join for $10. Pay what you can options are available for all classes.
