ODC: Somatic workshop series by migrant women

ODC is hosting a series of workshops on three different somatic movement approaches. The instructors are three migrant women of color who have a common ground. They acknowledge that their background, culture, and training experiences in their countries of origin permeate the embodiment of the somatic methods they studied in the United States.
