Weekend Workshop, Intermediate takes students deeper into BANDALOOP’s signature style of rope and harness vertical dance. We will activate BANDALOOP’s dance walls, vertical trampoline, and low flying floor space. This workshop brings more focus to developing rotational awareness, leaving and returning to the wall,, as well as articulation and sensitivity of the dancing body. Students will have opportunities to express their own artistic voice, collaborate, and engage in rigorous joyful dancing. All gear will be supplied.
prerequisite: An intermediate mover should have a regular movement practice, and have taken one BANDALOOP workshop/series in the past year. Must be able to confidently acknowledge and actively engage in BANDALOOP’s Culture of Safety.
