Shawl-Anderson Dance Center: Director of Development & Finance

The Director of Development & Finance reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with the Artistic Director and the Director of Operations, a Development Associate, a CPA, an administrative and marketing team, and approximately 50 part-time dance faculty. The Director of Development and Finance plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and fundraising efforts of our non-profit dance organization with a $1.25 million annual operating budget. This individual will be responsible for spearheading and executing fundraising initiatives to support and grow programs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability and growth.
