Zaccho is seeking a Managing Director with deep leadership experience and a proven track record in staff and operational management, systems and org development, creative problem solving, and equity focused HR and internal operations. They will report to and work closely with Artistic Director Joanna Haigood to create an environment for success that inspires staff, our Board, and other stakeholders.
The Managing Director is a senior staff position, serving as a primary partner to the Artistic Director regarding organizational strategy, admin & operations, financials, fundraising and grant management, communications, and HR management. Flexible problem-solver responsible for day-to-day admin, financial, and human resources operations of the organization.
Exempt W2 employee position for approx 30 hrs / week. Hybrid position split between Zaccho Studio and working remotely. Salary commensurate with experience: anticipated annual salary $65,000 and $75,000 + medical benefits.
