Sebastian Grubb: Axis Syllabus Dance Classes

Dancers, movers, coaches and bodyworkers are invited to co-research integrated movement. We study and embody systems of information from biomechanics, physiology and basic physics, then apply it to fluid dance sequences that highlight flow, conservation of momentum, tensional modulation, force distribution and dynamic breadth.

Helpful for dancers of all levels to improve their movement quality and ability! Participants will learn about the structures of the body, movement principles that support health, and how to move seamlessly in any direction.
