Dive into an enriching peer review experience tailored specifically for QTBIPOC artists navigating the complex world of grant writing! In this interactive session, participants will focus on two crucial aspects: crafting compelling mission/artist statements and articulating the profound impact their work has on communities (with an emphasis on live performance). Expect engaging discussions, constructive feedback, and active participation as we collectively refine each other’s grant narratives. Facilitated by Eric Garcia.
Participants are requested to come prepared with these two narrative questions:
* 250-word response that addresses the prompt: “Mission Statement / Artist Statement”
* 400-word response that addresses the prompt: “A description of the communities your organization is rooted in, engages and/or serves.”
