PUSH FOLD: Open Call | Workshop + Company Audition

push/FOLD (Portland, OR), seeks one to two (1-2) professional-level dancers, ages 22 and older, adept in athletic and line-driven movement, partnering, and floorwork for ongoing paid company positions beginning July 2024. Off-season training begins June 2024.

Format:
This is a workshop-style audition with a selection process culminating in an invitation to rehearse with the company for up to 6 paid rehearsals following the audition (approx. 2 calendar weeks). Final determinations on company positions will occur after the invited rehearsals. Participants are responsible for visas, travel, and living expenses associated with the audition process.

Company training includes: contemporary movement and partnering based in
Break, Street, Ballet, and Visceral Movement Theory™—martial arts, athletics, and dance.
