NX5 Theatrical LLC: burlesque parody replacement dancers

The Empire Strips Back, a burlesque Star Wars parody, is casting replacement dancers for our 2024 season at the Great Star Theater in San Francisco.

Role: Parody Han Solo (on-call position)
Gender: Male-presenting
Height: 5’8” to 6’1”
Dance style: Background in hip hop, jazz and/or contemporary
Note: The Parody Han Solo performer plays other additional roles. The role also includes some speaking on mic, comic timing needed.

Role: Parody Stormtrooper (full time + on-call)
Gender: Female-presenting
Height: 5’1” to 5’9”
Size: 2 thru 8
Dance style: Jazz, contemporary, ballet and/or street jazz
Note: The Parody Stormtrooper dancers plays other additional roles, depending upon the individual’s dance style
and physical suitability for costumes.
