Bridge Live Arts (B.L.A.) seeks a passionate, energetic Co-Director with a community engagement and shared leadership focus to join our team. The ideal candidate has collaborative leadership experience, a passion for working at the intersection of the arts and social justice, experience working in arts and community, and a dedication to furthering cultural and racial equity in the Bay Area and nationwide. This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and operates in both remote & in-person settings. Candidates should reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. A two-year commitment is required.
