The candidate must be a capable self-starter who works well as an individual and in a small team. Position involves creative directing, production management, planning, leadership, marketing, communications, fundraising, researching and outreach. This position is 30-40 hours a week.

Individual will assist & report to ED and Board President to carry out the tasks related to development, production and organizational stability. This position is 10-15 hours a week.

○ Weekend shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Luna seeks to hire a Professional Learning Administrator to coordinate the various activities of our PL Department. Since 1994, Luna’s PL services have convened teaching artists, classroom teachers, community workers, clinicians, and specialists to co-construct new understandings of what is possible in dance education. Our course catalog is broad and deep. This position can be at a coordinator or managerial level based on applicant’s experience. This full-time position also requires some direct service teaching/facilitating/coaching in any of Luna’s Program Areas: Studio Lab, Professional Learning, Community Partnerships.

Hip Hop IV/V Teacher

We are seeking an experienced Hip Hop instructor to teach our Level IV/V class on Wednesday evenings from 8:30–9:30 p.m. This is an advanced-level class for committed teen dancers who are ready to strengthen their technique, musicality, performance quality, versatility, and individual style.

The ideal candidate has experience teaching in a dance studio and understands how to pace and develop a class across an entire school year. We are looking for someone who can build dancers—not simply teach new combinations each week. The instructor should be able to establish clear goals, track student progress, provide meaningful corrections, and prepare choreography for performances.

Additional teaching opportunities may arise from subbing or adding future classes.
