Postion Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Hip Hop Instructor for our upcoming Summer, Fall and Spring sessions. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with young children up to teens and have a strong foundation in Hip Hop. At our studio, we focus on inspiring authenticity, confidence through creative practice, physical rigor, exposure and acceptance.
Key Responsibilites:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate dance curriculum focusing on creativity, technique and expression.
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters self-esteem and encourages student participation.
– Instruct classes that promote physical rigor, musicality and rhythm while emphasizing personal growth and artistic expression.
