Co-Executive Director, Education and Operations

The Co-Ex Director (Education and Operations) will work at the intersection of educational programming and space, bringing the operational oversight and vision necessary for mission-driven programming. The Co-Ex Director (Education and Operations) leads the adult and youth programs in terms of vision, class offerings, hiring and staffing, and outreach. They will engage an equity lens in all aspects of the work to champion and lead our commitment to increased inclusion. They consider how each space functions within the programming. On a weekly basis, the Co-Executive Director will spend about 70% of their time on education work and 30% of their time on operations. The work will primarily be in-person at the various locations; 20% of their hours can be remote for focused time.
