ODC is seeking enthusiastic and reliable applicants for the Client Relations Associate (CRA) role. This position reports to the Client Relations Manager and is located in the reception area of the ODC Commons and at the Theater entry when needed. Join our vibrant and collaborative team!
Main responsibilities include:
– creating a welcoming environment representing ODC Theater, ODC Dance Commons, and Rhythm & Motion programming
– registering all clients at the ODC campus (school classes, resident artists, theater renters, etc).
– ensuring entry safety protocols are followed
– multitasking to answer questions, direct clients, and provide assistance in person, through email, and over the phone
