School Director

San Jose Dance Theatre seeks a full-time School Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the Academy program. Reporting to the Artistic Director, this role is responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, student placement and evaluations, faculty leadership, parent communication, enrollment growth, teacher recruitment, and school operations. The School Director serves as the primary liaison between families and faculty, ensuring a positive and supportive training environment. Additional responsibilities include teaching, supporting productions and rehearsals, leading outreach initiatives, collaborating on marketing and recruitment efforts, and helping advance SJDT’s mission. $60k annually plus benefits
