Executive Director

CubaCaribe is looking for a new executive director- a hard-working, detail oriented and enthusiastic professional with a passionate commitment and an awareness of the performing arts and cultural equity in the Bay Area, specifically Cuban and Caribbean. The position requires people skills as well as excellent writing, organization and research abilities. The candidate must be a capable self-starter who works well as an individual and in a small team. Position involves creative directing, production management, planning, leadership, marketing, communications, fundraising, researching and outreach. This position is 30-40 hours a week.
