CounterPulse is hiring two leaders. We’re looking for a Managing Director and a Producing Director to share executive leadership as we rebuild toward full programming in 2027. The Managing Director will lead finance, fundraising, and operations. The Producing Director will lead artistic programming, residencies, production, and rentals. Both are permanent, full-time positions based at our Tenderloin space, paying $85,000 with full benefits, starting January 2027.
