Crescent Moon Theater Productions: Movement Director for Documentary Theater Production

CMTP is seeking a dedicated Movement Director to collaborate with our Artistic Director on our upcoming project, “Hold On: When Everything Changes in a Flash” a documentary theater production that honors the real life stories of young adult refugees.

Working closely with our Artistic Director, you will collaborate with physical theater artists to bring these stories to life through physical theater and movement. The objective is to uplift and honor the stories through beautiful artistry.

We’re seeking a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your expertise should encompass a keen choreographic eye, the ability to create visually stunning stage compositions through movement, and a deep understanding of theater dynamics.

You’d come to rehearsals twice a month, rehearsals are Thursdays from 2:00pm-5:00pm & one Saturday a month, 11:00am-2:00pm

Compensation: $2500 + split of ticket sales
