Beach Improv + Authentic Movement
This class consists of two practices:
Authentic Movement, moving/sensing with eyes closed while being witnessed, begun by Mary Starks Whitehouse to allow “the unconscious to express itself in movement.”
Dance Improvisation, practicing movement concepts, expressing ourselves, and connecting with our senses + the elements outdoors.
