A movement and expressive arts series inspired by nature, imagination, and embodied creativity. Through movement, drawing/writing, and group exploration, participants reconnect with vitality, expression, and the natural world.

This class is provided by as part of Somatic Explorations by Migrant Women. We are a collective of migrant women and Registered Somatic Movement Educators offering different somatic modalities. Diana from Honduras, Joy from the Philippines, and Mihyun from South Korea.
