Body Mind Centering® and Movement Science
I am planning to explore gravity and space from the point of view of biomechanics and Body Mind Centering®. The classes will invite participants to explore postural tone, bonding with the earth and space, primitive reflexes, and righting reactions. We will use anatomical information and images, touch, movement and senses to explore the material. The structure of the class will include individual and group warm up, movement explorations, improvisation, and sharing and reflection. All levels of experience with somatics and movement are welcome.
