We are emerging from a time of pronounced loss – lost lives, lost paths, lost rights. We buried loved ones during the pandemic, saw our leaders throw away our civil protections: voting rights, Roe v. Wade, the ability to organize labor, and more. Amidst so much death, of body, soul, and belief, where is the hope? Choreographer Deborah Slater and playwright Eugenie Chan unite with sound designer Cliff Caruthers and DSDT dancers to take a deep dive into this loss, exploring how everyday folks find hope.
