[Dreamerz Workshop Series] Part II: Hip Movements for Healing

FreeThe Dreamerz Workshop Series is a space to reimagine resilience, find healing through movement, and dream boldly in the face of adversity. Healing begins with movement. In this session, you’ll engage in yoga, breathwork, and energetic dance exercises that will help you release stored emotions in the body.
This event is supported through Zaccho Dance Theatre’s Black Futures Artist-in-Residence Fellowship Program with funding provided by the City of San Francisco’s Dream Keeper Initiative, Office of Economic & Workforce Development, and the San Francisco Arts Commission.
