Embodied Stage Presence: Movement, Choice-Making, & Self-Expression
May 20 @ 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
$60 – $200Facilitated by Saharla Vetsch
Feeling lost on stage? Unsure what to do with your body? Embodied stage presence isn’t about being a dancer or having choreography —it’s about owning your space and bringing your fullest, most confident self into performance. In this workshop, we’ll explore movement as a tool for authenticity, self-expression, and connection with an audience. Through guided exercises and personal exploration, participants will tap into the movement that feels best in their bodies, play to their strengths, and break through hesitation or insecurity.
A person with dark, curly hair and golden hoop earrings stands in front of a reflective surface, pressing their hands against it. The reflection shows their face, which appears expressive, possibly in… awe or contemplation. They are wearing a textured, light-colored long-sleeve top with a cropped silhouette and a layered neckline adorned with jewelry. The background is illuminated with vibrant, warm
hues of pink, purple, and gold, creating a dreamlike and immersive atmosphere. The surface of the reflection is slightly distorted, adding to the surreal quality of the composition.
