Class is designed to challenge your body and deepen your practice in a fun, supportive environment. We start by tuning in, build heat through dynamic movement and improvisation, then move into floorwork, soft acrobatics, and expansive choreography phrase work. Expect to get fully embodied, creatively engaged, and moving with power, fluidity, and a bit of joyful abandon.
