The Blend Afrikan Dance – Class Description
The Blend Afrikan Dance class is a joyful, high‑energy movement experience rooted in the rhythms and traditions of the African diaspora. Each session is designed to welcome all levels while building strength, coordination, and confidence through cultural movement.
