Month For Dancer’s Health – Low Impact Movement for Improved Balance, Coordination and Strength with Cathleen McCarthy

This class is designed for new exercisers, those returning to exercise, and those who want to ease into movement thoughtfully to re-educate the body. Exercises will include joint mobilization, off balance exercises and fall recovery to improve balance, strengthening exercises for improved posture and respiration. Vision, vestibular, and proprioception exercises will also be included.
