The class includes Self-Breema exercises as well as discussion and questions about applying this down-to-earth philosophy to our daily activities and interactions.

Then, relating to Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony can support us to unify body, mind, and feelings so we can become present in the moment. Meaningful friendships are one of the cornerstones of a healthy life. Even if we have some family around us, friends fulfill a different purpose that is essential to our happiness and inner growth. We’ll look into the role of Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony in creating and nurturing friendships in many areas of our lives, there will be time for questions and answers.

Self-Breema exercises are simple and dynamic, and offer a direct experience of body-mind connection. As you practice in class, you increase your ability to be present during your day. You will leave class nurtured, revitalized, and with newfound positivity!
