Contact improvisation with Dai & Wei ( Kinetech Arts)

Explore the art of moving together in the present moment. In this Contact Improvisation class, we’ll connect with each other through shared weight, momentum, and play—listening with our whole bodies and finding connection through touch and movement. We’ll spend the first 90 minutes building skills, followed by a 15-minute jam. Open to all levels.
