This all levels class will expose you to pre and post colonial dances of The philippines such as Tinikling, Dinaklisan, Pangalay, Taddo and many others. With so many beautiful ethnic groups in The Philippines there is so much to share and explore together.

This class will begin with a short warm up followed by brief discussion about the dance topic. We will then move into learning how to generate proper locomotor movement for each dance through combinations, and across the floor drills.

Classes for the 1st and 3rd Sun of the month are free. Classes for the 2nd and 4th Sun of the month are sliding scale.
