Aerial/ Apparatus Based Class with Bodies of Empowerment

FreeLOVING THE AIR, a free class with Jo Kreiter/Flyaway Productions
This is an all levels apparatus-based, off the ground dance class . We will dance on low flying suspended objects. No previous aerial training required. We dance barefoot over mats.
