Contemporary Phrasework + Improvisation
We’ll dig in to a yummy, fluid, grounded contemporary phrase, practice guided improvisation to explore movement concepts and expression, and then blend the two, supporting dancers in making dances their own, ignited with new possibilities.
This is a monthly class, and on Saturdays there is a sister offering on the beach.
