The AXIS Artistic Advancement platform serves as professional development and a training ground for
disabled, D/deaf, and neurodiverse artists, comprising our Choreo Lab, Summer Intensive, and
Apprenticeship Program. The Artistic Advancement Manager will lead these current programs.
They will build a vibrant and relevant Artistic Advancement platform for emerging and
mid-career disabled, D/deaf, and neurodiverse artists in a safe and accessible environment. Through
in-person and virtual programming, the Artistic Advancement Manager will maintain an inclusive
environment where disabled, D/deaf and neurodiverse artists mentor their peers to challenge boundaries
and create perception-changing art.

Theater Associate, Operations Coordinator
The ODC Theater Associate, Operations Coordinator is a key member of ODC Theater’s staff, reporting directly to the Creative Director of ODC Theater. ODC Theater Associates manage a portfolio of events on which they are the lead booking contact, working closely with teams across ODC to ensure exceptional service for artists, audiences, and other community members engaging with the organization and their projects. The role contributes to brainstorming and collaborative problem solving in order to deliver the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
Theater Associates each have an additional designation. The Operations Coordinator helps to design and deliver on-going effective operations and strategic projects for ODC Theater and across ODC’s campus.
Partner dance instructor
As our Wedding First Dance Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in helping couples create memorable first dance experiences for their special day. We are looking for a warm, patient, and enthusiastic individual who can connect with couples, make them feel comfortable, and bring out their best on the dance floor. The ideal candidate will have experience working with beginners, a strong background in partner dance, and a love for helping couples build confidence.

The Managing Director is responsible for day-to-day management of our team, carrying out human resources needs, managing individual donor relationships, and developing and executing organizational communication strategies.
