I have a dance studio with bamboo floors and full length mirrors along one entire wall. I use it for teaching on Zoom, rehearsals, small group classes, private lessons, recording classes for my online academy, and for my own choreographic work. It is about 300 sq.ft. There is ample street parking and the neighborhood is safe. There is wifi available.

Shawl-Anderson Dance Center has four studios available to rent! Two studios feature marley flooring, one studio features wood floor. All studios are equipped with a sound system and mirrors, and staff are on-site to assist with any needs. The space is available for rehearsals, private lessons, teaching classes/workshops, and photography/videography. Non-profit organizations, fiscally sponsored companies and individuals are invited to request space. Studios are available on Mondays-Thursday from 4:30p-9:00p and Friday-Sunday from 9:00a-6:00p.

Rent studio space at Berkeley City Ballet! Studio space is available on weekday mornings and afternoons before our after school classes begin.

Located in South Berkeley, at the corner of Dwight St and Grant St, the school has two state-of-the-art studios with mirrors, sprung floors, Marley surfaces, as well as professional sound, and light systems. The large studio (Studio A) transforms into a Studio Theater seating 60 people.

Smuin Center for Dance is a bright, airy space that has been completely renovated to meet the needs of dancers, including sprung marley floors and two individually climate-controlled studios. We also have the following amenities available to all renters:

– Two restrooms and changing areas
– Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and sink
– Reception/Entry/Lounge area for guests

Our space is easily accessible. The building is within a block of four main bus routes and is a 20 minute brisk walk from 16th Street Mission BART station. Metered and free street parking is also remarkably easy around the studio, and there is paid daily parking in a nearby lot.
