For nearly two decades, Rhythmix Cultural Works has been a vibrant community multicultural arts hub in Alameda—bringing people together through music, dance, and cultural experiences. We are currently offering our studio space for ongoing weekly class rentals on Saturdays between 11am–2pm. This is an ideal opportunity for instructors looking for a consistent home for classes within an established arts environment. Located in the heart of Alameda, Rhythmix offers a warm, community-centered setting for artists and instructors to grow their practice.

Moving Arts Academy of Dance is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, auditions, performances, premium remote work space, photo shoots, parties, etc. Rates vary depending on the activity.
Rehearsals (2 hour min) – $27/hour
Classes, workshops, auditions, video & photoshoots (2 hour min) – $65/hour
Moving Arts Academy of Dance offers over 2700 square feet of space, two studios with naturally sprung wood floors, mirrors, waiting area, kitchen, bathroom and full sound system. The main studio is appr 30’ x 65’, the second studio is approximately 11’ x 8’. The entire space, which includes the main studio, stage, second studio, bathroom and kitchen is 2700 square feet, high speed wifi, a clean on-site bathroom, easy off-street drop-off/pickup location and ample neighborhood parking.

Beautiful, modern, light-filled spaces are available for rental in the ODC Dance Commons and ODC Theater buildings. Whether you need one studio for an audition, dance rehearsal, performance or a combination of spaces for your event, please contact us so we can customize a rental package to meet your needs. The ODC Dance Commons and ODC Theater buildings are a short walk from 16th & Mission Bart.

Since it’s founding in 1980, hundreds of teachers, performers, directors, actors, photographers, filmmakers, musicians and fashion designers have used the space. Rent from us today and continue our legacy!

Studio 210 is perfect for rehearsals, classes, photoshoots, readings, meetings, panel discussions, lectures, private events, performances, and more! Recently updated to include top-of-the-line livestreaming equipment and cameras, it is the perfect location to stream your intimate performance, panel discussion, or workout class. It is fully equipped with professional theatrical lighting and sound equipment, chairs, tables and risers, as well as a wood floor and good natural light. Contact us for full rental specs and rates.

Long time San Mateo dance school has 7000sqft facility which offers 4 rooms that are available at various times during the weekend or weekday mornings. M-F from 2pm-9pm we are fully booked. Three of our rooms have spring floors, marley, and mirrors. We also have ballet barres, HVAC, large lobbies, and plenty of free parking.

We are open to all types of dance. Heels classes may be the only style we would like to avoid due to the marley. We are open to fitness classes as well. We have over 500 dancers enrolled in our programs and 5000 current and former members on our email list. We would love to have more adult classes in the San Mateo area. (we do not offer them and we do get inquiries).

Luna offers affordable, huge, bright and beautiful ADA-accessible studios and conference room in Southwest Berkeley for rehearsals, workshops and meetings, currently NOT for performances.
