Marin Ballet is located in the beautiful Dominican neighborhood of San Rafael. Our campus includes six light-filled studios and offices, surrounded by greenery. The facility includes ample parking and easy freeway/ public transportation access. We rent studio space for activities that are compatible with our marley floors, including yoga, pilates, and individualized dance coaching. Contact us about studio sizes and availability. Rates range from $50-$75/hr. We also have a 9’ x 12’ pilates room with both floor- and bench-style reformers. The room is perfect for individual lessons and rents for $30 per hour. Find a home for your practice at City Dance Studios, home of the training ground sf (ttgsf). Located in SF’s vibrant arts corridor at 60 Brady Street, we offer prime weekday studio rentals for individual artists, collectives, and organizations.

Space is currently available during select weekdays, 9am-3pm, throughout July and August. Rentals during these dedicated ttgsf time slots are managed exclusively by our administration, not City Dance.

We offer three distinct studio environments within the City Dance complex to suit various project scales:
Studio A: Our premier large-scale space, wood floor (Capacity: 30–40+ dancers).
Studio B: A versatile mid-sized studio, marley floor (Capacity: 20–25 dancers).
Studio C: An intimate small-group setting, wood floor (Capacity: 8–10 dancers).

For nearly two decades, Rhythmix Cultural Works has been a vibrant community multicultural arts hub in Alameda—bringing people together through music, dance, and cultural experiences. We are currently offering our studio space for ongoing weekly class rentals on Saturdays between 11am–2pm. This is an ideal opportunity for instructors looking for a consistent home for classes within an established arts environment. Located in the heart of Alameda, Rhythmix offers a warm, community-centered setting for artists and instructors to grow their practice.

Moving Arts Academy of Dance is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, auditions, performances, premium remote work space, photo shoots, parties, etc. Rates vary depending on the activity.
Rehearsals (2 hour min) – $27/hour
Classes, workshops, auditions, video & photoshoots (2 hour min) – $65/hour
Moving Arts Academy of Dance offers over 2700 square feet of space, two studios with naturally sprung wood floors, mirrors, waiting area, kitchen, bathroom and full sound system. The main studio is appr 30’ x 65’, the second studio is approximately 11’ x 8’. The entire space, which includes the main studio, stage, second studio, bathroom and kitchen is 2700 square feet, high speed wifi, a clean on-site bathroom, easy off-street drop-off/pickup location and ample neighborhood parking.

Beautiful, modern, light-filled spaces are available for rental in the ODC Dance Commons and ODC Theater buildings. Whether you need one studio for an audition, dance rehearsal, performance or a combination of spaces for your event, please contact us so we can customize a rental package to meet your needs. Recently updated to include top-of-the-line livestreaming equipment and cameras, it is the perfect location to stream your intimate performance, panel discussion, or workout class.
