San Jose Dance Theatre is seeking long-term renters interested in using our professional studio space during daytime hours when academy classes are not in session.
This opportunity is ideal for established instructors, independent programs, or small organizations offering:
• Dance instruction
• Yoga, Pilates, barre, or stretching classes
• Movement and wellness programs
• Children’s dance, fitness, or movement classes
• Other compatible fitness activities
Our studios feature professional Marley flooring and are designed specifically for dance and movement. Renters must carry appropriate liability insurance, follow studio policies, and offer programming compatible with our dance academy and facility. Program must not be in competition with our academy offerings.

There is a semi-permanent stage installed, 20×20, fully equipped sound system, lights, mics for small performances in dance, theater, music, open-mic etc. Capacity for 100 people. Dance & Pilates Studios for Rent in San Rafael
Marin Ballet is located in the beautiful Dominican neighborhood of San Rafael. Our campus includes six light-filled studios and offices, surrounded by greenery. The facility includes ample parking and easy freeway/ public transportation access. We rent studio space for activities that are compatible with our marley floors, including yoga, pilates, and individualized dance coaching. Contact us about studio sizes and availability.
