Month For Dancer’s Health – Resilience in Motion: Strengthening the Mind, Body, and Spirit of Performing Artists with Kirsten Olshan

FreeThis workshop aims to provide performers with practical tools to build resilience, manage stress, and cultivate a healthy mindset. Through interactive exercises, discussions, and reflective practices, participants will explore strategies to enhance mental, physical, and emotional resilience. This workshop is aimed at performing artists, including dancers, actors, musicians, and other creatives. Participants will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of resilience strategies tailored to the performing arts. Please bring a journal/notepad and pen/pencil to take notes.
