My name is Katie Wolfe! I am a freelance ballet dancer who just moved back to the Bay Area after dancing professionally the past 5 years! I am looking for a partner to perform Grand Pas with for Academy of American Ballet’s Nutcracker in Redwood City Dec 4-7. Dress rehearsal Dec 3. This will be paid! Includes 8 performances, 4 of which are shortened (solos or coda only) for school shows. Solos and Pas de deux are separate (solos at beginning of Act II and pas/coda at end). Would love to find someone local to rehearse with prior! I am 5’5.5”. Thank you!

Emerging Choreographers Forum SF
Emerging Choreographers Forum SF is for dance makers ages 16-26. The forum consists of two sessions in which a panel of professionals in the field of choreography provide feedback on the work each participant is creating. The participants then share their works in progress in an informal New Works Showing. Over the last 18 years, ECF has mentored over 140 choreographers. This year’s panel of professionals includes Diane Frank, Lizz Roman, Brian Fisher, Mark Foehringer.

Hip Hop Artist Residency & Training (HART) Program
HART is a 2-month residency that provides training, mentorship, financial support, and artistic development to Black resident artists with aspirations to build/further develop their career in Hip Hop and performing arts addressing racial and social justice. The program culminates in a multidisciplinary collaborative showcase of the residents’ original work.
Eligibility: Dance, music, visual, and interdisciplinary artists who are 18+, live in San Francisco, and identify as Black, African, or African American are eligible to apply. Both developing and emerging artists are welcome to apply.
Resident Artist will receive:
• A stipend of $2,000
• 50 hours of studio time
• Mentorship and Workshops
• Social Media skill building
